After cutting rhythm tracks in NYC's Dumbo studio (Brian Jones on drums, Stewart Myers on bass), overdubs were completed at Richmond's Sound of Music studio. In Richmond Mario Sacasa played guitar while Stewart Myers played guitar and keyboards. Chris Keup produced.

Next Rebecca and Chris were filmed as part of an upcoming MTV special in NYC's The Hit Factory. Also in the studio with Rebecca and Chris were renowned producer Steve Lillywhite (U2, Dave Matthews, The Rolling Stones) and engineer Claudius Mittendorfer.
